Terms Of Booking
Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before booking your child onto one of our sessions. By booking a session you agree to have read, understood and accepted them.
Children must be 6 years old to attend the after school sessions and holiday clubs.
All sessions must be paid for online and in advance, direct to The Colour Corner Ltd.
After school and Saturday sessions are only bookable as a block booking not individual sessions.
Parents/carers must complete the online registration form and state any medical needs / allergies for each child prior to them attending a session
If your child requires an EPI pen or inhaler/s they must accompany your child in a named bag and handed over to the Manager Kimberley Blakey at drop off. Failure to do so will result in them not being allowed to participate.
You can request a cancellation refund providing you give 7 days’ notice prior to the start of the session.
If your child is not able to attend a session due to illness or other reason refunds cannot be made.
If you need to change the day your child attends every effort will be made to accommodate this providing The Colour Corner Ltd can accommodate the change.
The Colour Corner Ltd reserves the right to cancel any clubs, workshops or camps at any given time. Any sessions cancelled due to the fault of The Colour Corner will be refunded.
Children will be provided with protective clothing / aprons but where possible should wear old clothes which are able to get messy.
Children must be collected by their named adult at the end of the session. If for any reason you are unable to collect on time, please contact Kimberley Blakey on 07951480853.
In the instance that the named adult cannot pick up, the named adult must let The Colour Corner Ltd know who will be picking up their child by contacting Kimberley Blakey on 07951480853. Due to safeguarding children will not be allowed to leave with anyone not authorised to collect them.
